Something a miss here. I called FDA and they cannot find an application. for a device such as COII claims sales can be made without FDA approval. It is an expensive chore to get FDA registration. Usually about $3-400,000 with lots and lots of data. I'm also told it requires considerable time to wend through the FDA. Mind posting your source?
