Or maybe this bear raid is over? And the smart shorts (who don't rely on Milberg Weiss for investment advice) are realizing there is no way the auditor will resign or the stock will be halted on unproven allegations from a dubious law firm that just admitted to serious problems and paid $50 million to settle. Like I said, don't be the one holding the bag (like the PVN short at $50), only to find out later your leaders had "covered last week". Their SI buddies will be the last to know when they abandon this short.
