MM, Investors were looking for a reason to buy the banks, and the CPI gave it to them. Interest rates don't matter to banks unless they are going down. <g> So, I guess the low CPI number makes the higher bond rates a non-event for the dying derivative contracts they have in place? I don't think so. <g>
