Covering your depreciated (80%-90% of the premie) CCs on the cheap of 1/8s make a great deal of sense since you are able to check out the charts, gauge the price direction, and time another round of CCs. It is crazy to wait a month in time for a remaining 1/8s CC time value when you can position yourself for more profit potential. Be it rolling down and out or laying low for the next opportunity. It sure feels alot better when you have some CC premies to cushion those price pull backs.
