Lazarus, why do you keep telling everyone you're dumber than wood, then conversely seem to intend to convey how knowledgeable you are, and how everyone here is foolish if they, like the company at times, have been unable to predict a profitable conclusion with certainty? Which is what everyone here wants, a profitable conclusion, and has wanted for years prior to your arrival here.
I'm assuming that JWASS, like others, had read the 10K and had experienced the lagging prices and had listened to the company when it said something similar to this:
However, there can be no assurance that the Company will be able to raise such capital or to generate operating revenues to sustain its operations.
sec.gov
and something along these lines:
There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in raising the required funds, and failure to do so could result in loss of the Company's Kazakstan concessions, which could have a material adverse affect on the prospects of the Company.
sec.gov
Maybe, if you were in the stock back then, you could have foreseen with certainty when even the company couldn't. But that's not dumber than wood, right? That's nothing short of brilliant. Way to go.
