I read the thread, and just found a spot to jump in. Now these are really good ribs, and I know good ribs.

I do parboil good baby back ribs for about 1/2 hr.
Slather them in a paste of Mustard, Brown Sugar or Molasses and some Hickory Smoke Liquid. Marinate over night. Then cover with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook in the oven for 1 hour uncovered or on the grill with indirect heat. This is one recipe I like as well cooked in the oven as I do on the grill. The flavor is fantastic and the meat falls off the bone when you eat them.

BTW my favorite BBQ sauce is Texas Stampede, their smoked Habanaro flavor.
