Victor, thanks for the info. I-Watch reported a shift in institutional interest today. A little more selling interest than buying interest. Usually a lot of buying interest; 2 to 4 times selling interest. Roughly 45 M sell 38 M buy with 10 M in trades. Sellers were going mostly for 22 1/2. Good news will move the stock. If you are correct, Rosen & Co are not happy with the profitability. Otherwise there would not be the big changes. Long term this should be good. Short term, it depends on how bad, "bad" is. Hopefully the bad news and changes will not drop the stock further and we can move up from here.
