HEHE Marty... I just had that same experience trying to get a copy of my transcript... Stood in a line of 20 people till I got to the counter...the nice fellow then informed me I needed to fill out this form on a counter on the far side of the office :) before I could request it.

Then I stood in the line all over again...<ggg> I was really annoyed by that time.
