Jim, keep in mind the time a stock first gets mentioned isn't always the time to buy it -mommo plays yes. A news release comes out stating "b" company will do something on "x" date, stock goes up on this press release then settles quite a bit, this is the time to buy and it will gradually rise until "x" date comes !!
