The 10K SEC document (annual report) has been published. biz.yahoo.com There's a lot of detail about the different fab charges (although almost impossible to comprehend). However, there is some clear info. Negotiations with both IBM (MiCRUS) and Lucent (Cirent) are expected to close before the September quarter. Cirrus believes that the agreement with IBM will result in Cirrus loosing all of the equity investment in MiCRUS, but retaining all of the equity investment in Cirent.
