What I wonder is with capacity utilization likely to pick up (assuming the growth in semiconductors is as LSI predicts over the next few years), it is potentially in CRUS interest to wait as the value of the fab would increase. My impression is that IBM would have one better to have bought it 6 months ago when there was a lot of doom and gloom.
