I read your post. I'm not sure of all your suppositions. but many seem to be well founded. I'd like to remind you, politely, that shrinkage is employee theft, and is a major problem in e-tailing. Most retailers suffer substantial losses from "shrinkage" and shop lifting as well. COOL does not have shop lifting problems, but is still subject to shrinkage at it's warehouse facilities.
