Thanks Guys, sales is a hard job...this house was so bad, and it sold in 3 days...i had a full offer from my client and cash!!!should close in 2 weeks, just in time for my Vegas vacation in July, oh, by the way, is anyone on this thread going to be in Las Vegas between 7/29th and 8/5th please let me know so we meet somewhere, would be fun!!I'm staying at the MGM Grand...colleen.alot of people are into that timesharing, u could make alot of money..think about it, but it does take up alot of time...i sell real estate part time and believe me, i am really exhausted , need the extra money for the college daughter, icant believe she is done with her first year already..ok, i better stop talking about all this personal stuff...may get some people mad...GO MYNG!!! |
