Oh Geez Tom, I feel real bad to have to tell you this, but I think you might need to get an update from the Evil Basher Division. It would appear that they may have stepped in some sHITT and the result is a lawsuit. I'd love to see their expense reports for the "suits". The good news is that you will be able maintain your majority shareholder status and control over FBNA even after you resign. JXM
