DC no details on who the person is.Might it be the connection with Bid . com who has been in the background.This person was the individual who took Bid.com to $32.00 and has a powerful following($).I'm assuming he has been co-ordinating the buying recently which has resulted in significant accumulation(positioning his key investors before the run)Even if he is not announced, hes still very involved and is ready to begin move of GEM in anticipation of announcement in a few weeks.This is the start OF THE LONG AWAITED BIG MOVE TO $3.00(first stop)
