Excuse me Boys,

You read posts like you read press releases. A loaded question is an accusation, when posted in public. Especially in the format presented by Kenneth. Really now, how stupid do you think we are? While you guys continue to persist in this usless personal attack on Anthony, I am going to present a couple of questions that I hope you will answer.

1. If a company like NPEC was so hot with a new Internet Telephony product and business plan, why would they have pumped the flury of press releases that they did in order to get the stock price to rise. How many times does it take to sink into your head? A regular company uses press releases to broadcast their successes to their shareholders and their stock rises in a consistant and steady manner. Period. This company has presented you with PROJECTIONS which have nothing to do with their current status. So ask yourselves. WHY would this company be interested in all of this hype?

2. How could this company really hope to compete with the majors on this. Who do you think owns the Internet backbone? The second that Internet Telephony even approaches useful quality and reliability, it isn't going to be NPEC pulling the strings. This whole concept of NPEC pulling this off is a complete joke.

You guys had a significant rise in the price of NPEC in the last month or so. Some of you played the momentum properly and sold near the high (at least at a point where it was a profit). Some of you didn't. and unfortunately, some of you bought at the high.

FOR ALL OF YOU REMEMBER THIS....

When a company is more interested in pumping up its stock price than it is in reporting actual results (I.E. Sales, Revenues, Profits) then you are in the middle of a momentum play. You don't hold the crap, you try to get in at the beginning and get out at the top. PERIOD. If you think they have a chance, then wait till the momentum stops and buy it at the bottom. Honestly though, this company doesn't have a chance. Even if for some reason, they are invested in some gold mine in Chile. IMO
