Market update. The indicators all moved down this week by a fairly good amount. The NYSE BP by 1.4% The OPTI BP by 2.7% The 10 week by 8.5% The High Low by 5.5% Quite a bit for one week. Today we saw 26 new buys and 22 new sells. Not much difference. The internet sector for instance only moved up .56 percent today. I know you are going to ask "how can that be? The nets rallied like crazy..." Yes, that is true but, they did not create buy signals. They are still on sell signals and that counts against them. Until they can be bought past a previous area of resistance, therefore creating a buy signal, they are still suspicious. You can trade them if you are nimble but do be careful.
