Well it just ain't gonna happen. Not in a public company. The more lucrative aspects are absorbed by private start-ups - we get to buy it when things are much more mature ... less risk but slower growth. And even then, half will end up as a write-off.

I think the new pricing policy anticipates a stronger unit growth in devices and represents a gambit to be a primary supplier to the biz, presuming that a more universal and familiar environment will be needed for the greater legions of app. programmers. What that will do to near-term revenues, I have no clue but I suppose (?) they might have some idea - and that'll be close to current levels.
