TAM: why drive with a parking ticket on the windshield? also, who cares if you pay $5 for a ucla parking. how long will it be stuck on the window? it's not a small, outside, and out-of-reach paper, but inside the driver side. how far would the person drive from ucla to figure it's right in their face? i see ~>1 every day! do you ever wonder why it takes so long to get out of a parking space when it's packed? (btw --it takes me ~5 seconds when someone is waiting and ~15 when not.)
