Frank.... I wasn't home most of the day and haven't checked out DELL news as yet, but I don't believe that DELL was downgraded, rather that the earnings estimates were cut in view of the fact that margins will shrink due to competition as pc prices decline and computers become a commodity. DELL has had a great run up over the last couple of years, but now Wall Street finally recognizes that the company is nothing more than a box maker and is, therefore, justifiably putting DELL's PE back into perspective as company growth slows.
