You are missing the whole point Kevin Podsiadlik.

Ziasun maintained its silence throughout the weeks of the bashing on the advice by their lawyers. (I have specifically discussed Ziasun's silence with the company).
It is a well known practice that when you litigate you avoid public statements about the case, as it can (and would) be seen by the judge as an attemted "trial by media". Courts don't like it and often throw such cases away.
The company in its press release informed you about the existance of the rebuttal and where to access it. If you want you can have it. However it would have to be your iniciative, not solicited by Ziasun, to publish it on the net.
