Allen and Thread: Anybody with an opinion on CNSP closing at about 28.1/4 to be bought by Tyco at $30. cash, as announced today? I don't own CNSP (or Tyco). Would a reasonable bet be a 1.75 return on 28.25 or about 6% --- maybe 12-13% annualized if they are able to do the deal in 6 months??
