Burns my butt too. I'd like to think that one day I'll make enough in this game to take an instance like CELL, now, and investigate all the little games being played, between the brokers, lawyers, maybe insiders, brokers, etc. A little civic Quixote-ness, if you will, to clean up the shitty games that are played upon the independent investor. Based on what I've read on CELL, they've made a good effort at disclosure. They're mostly just out there trying to win in the wireless world.

The immediate market & price is a reflection of their performance, but is driven by the former parties, not the company. So, if there's grievances about short term failures, you have to look at the short term drivers. The company certainly isn't at fault.

Not sure about support levels, the interest could disappear as quickly as it came. Not sure how broad the MMs were on the surge.

I do like your stat on Dewey, Skrewem & Howe. Looks like they never turn off their ambulances siren...:o)
