Hi Ed I got the service because I thought it might be something I would like to invest in and wanted to check it out. I really do not use it. I have been doing my investment research on the computer for years now and it is more comfortable to me. I have talked to people who do not have computers, yes the still exist, the seam to like the service a lot. The browser is WGAT biggest drawback in my opinion read posts 222 thru 231 on this thread and if I can answer any of your ? I gladly will Perry
