Don't knock it I'm getting mighty high on that air. Credit growth is driving this economy, no doubt about it. And it won't stop or slow down. In fact, now that delinquencies have declined from the 4th quarter 98, you should expect to see more loose lending.

Several of my credit card issuers have merged and you would think they would look at their exposure and force the closure of one of my zero balance cards. But no...one of these incredible bankers made sure one of the cards matched the higher credit limit of the other card. And for good measure they issued me a third credit card line last week!

Negative savings and credit growth are good things, not bad. This is the new economy that most bears haven't been able to accept or adapt to.
