This is getting boring. Last post to you. There is no explicit accusation of anything in the extract you cited. At worst, one could describe it as the same kind of weasel wording used by various company officers to selectively disclose insider information to the privileged few. You wouldn't have a vested interest in seeing this particular status quo remaining, would you? [P.S. That is a query, not an accusation.]
