Consider, as someone who I respect considerably once said, equity prices are 80% determined by general market trends and 20% by specific company relevant trends. This is NOT to say that company specific news events do not take precedcence over the market trends, just that if one invests in good companies, with decent fundamentals, a majority of the time their prices are determined by what the market is going through....
Lockeon, I couldn't agree more.
The key to the hocus-pocus of picking a solid investment rests on identifying a good company with decent fundamentals...and having a little luck of the Irish fall your way by way of favorable market specific events. And then, as investors, we have to just step out of the way and, in this case, let the 1200+ associates at CMGI execute their business plan.
Glad to hear you're doing well. Now, get off your duff and start posting on this thread.
Although there isn't a sign, it normally opens for business at 5:00 a.m., but if the truth be told, it never really closes because of a few members with obsessive/compulsive behavior or sleep disorders.
In any event, we're grateful to read every observation you can offer.
Best regards,
