You have told us
many times that the oxide thickness is critical
for reliability and is heavily optimized for
particlular voltage. How come everyone are making
I/O part of chips running at 3.3V while the core
runs at about 2V? Including Intel! Must be
really expensive, right? Only when, back in
years of your outdated experience?
