If someone slandered and fraudulently accused you of some dastardly doing wouldn't you sue when the lies were so blatent? What "blatant lies"? HITT doesn't specify, and I'm sorry, but you don't seem to know anything about the company. Sure we commented on the fact that HITT founder, majority shareholder, and "key person" Dorian Reed is a convicted felon who served 10 months in Federal prison camp in 1992, and who last year defaulted in a civil fraud suit brought against him by the FTC. All this has been documented. "The truth is an absolute defense."
