I spoke with Mike Rhetorik (?) about an hour ago. They were waiting for an OK from one of the foreign interests on the news release, since they would in fact be listed as a party to that release. It will be released as a pre-market release for tomorrow. There will be another news release coming out tomorrow also, although I don't know about what. This will probably occur early afternoon.

So don't worry I think the end of the high and the low road for is near.
