I don't think this had anything to do with the acquisition. An analyst at I think Dain Rauscher issued comments which were interpreted negatively with regard to the current quarter. I haven't seen the report, but the analyst was quoted in a Bloomberg story suggesting that his comments were misinterpreted. Software stocks are a battleground right now, and people tend to shoot first and ask questions later. A non-issue, IMO, except that it allowed me, finally, to get into this stock, which I have been watching for several mos. I won't get nervous unless we plunge through the support at 36ish..
