That's HILARIOUS!! Great reporting by Christopher Byron as always. My favorite part: Finally, when I asked Mr. Stackpole to name even one single customer who was now using his service, or identify even one single city—in Europe or anywhere else—to which one could make a call using his equipment, he said, "I'll get back to you on that." He never did. "I'll get back to you on that" - classic!
