Larry...re: ENGA shares

According to new S-1 filing at Edgar, 6,000,000 total shares to be offered (plus 900,000 overalottment). Of that, 600,000 to be set aside under new IPO program for shareholders. 6M shares represents approx 13% of total....CMGI hold about 83% of shares after offering.

There was no info regarding how shares would be offered to CMGI shareholders.
