I gather the failure of the Parsons demonstration at ACWA which
was the only solution being demonstrated that could have handled
the M55 rockets has resulted in Prociv's office indicating to TC
that $5 million may be available to demonstrate, TC would have to
find the rest of the money themselves.

Also, senator McConnell read into the senate record a statement
blasting Prociv's office for mismanagement of funds and misinformation to congress in an attempt to support the incineration
program!

ALSO

on Thursday, an Amendment to the Defense Appropriations Act, offered by McConnell AND PASSED by the Senate, requires the Army to complete ALL SIX ACWA demonstrations before the Army can move forward with funding to demil the nerve agent rockets at Bluegrass.

ALSO

Independently of all of this, Commodore (NOT TC) briefed
McConnell's people about the use of SET for UF6 at Paducah the week
before McConnell's support for ACWA on the Senate floor.

I think things are turning in our favour here! perhaps there is
is justice in the world!

regards
