Charles, and for anyone else here who like to slam me and others who have the "audacity" to talk about this company. Let's both "discover" what's important
Your reference the other day, did not belong within any discussion that takes place here. I think you know that already, ISN'T THAT CORRECT ????? That type of BS belongs in other forums DOESN'T IT ???

I didn't realize you had changed your SI handle. I can understand your pain from this stock, knowing a little more of your background now, however, you must realize that I am not the source of that pain. I don't cause this company to do things "THAT ARE NOT SHAREHOLDER FREINDLY".
Charles, follow this post carefully on this topic, and within this context, you should read over Iron Mike's posts on raging bull a few times on this. Iron Mike is very familiar with this company. I don't know who he is, and whether you believe that or not is immaterial, it is a fact. it is also my opinion that somehow he knows this company very well. Reference to his posts below.

Think about it Charles, why do you vent your frustration with me and not where that frustration belongs and will do the most good , "TOWARDS THE COMPANY WHO CONTROLS THE MONEY THAT HAS BEEN ENTRUSTED AND INVESTED IN IT".
I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think Valuespec and I have been posting here before you became an investor. If that's correct, at the very least some of those posts should have given you pause for thought and concern ??? I never really had a problem with you, unless of course you had been drinking, which you've been known to do from time to time. I can't say that I blame you though, it does get very dry in the Sudan desert doesn't it ????.
Valuespec's opinion on how wealth gets transferred within the company. In my opinion, this is on target.
>>>>>>Do you want to make a lot of money? Buy a small company. Generate an interest in your company (not an easy thing to do. For this I give FTEL an A+). Then give yourself a nice paycheck and collect as long as you can stay in the game. The game means trying to earn money, but even if you can't, you issue private placement to fund your nice salary, etc.<<<<<<<

If you didn't think it was on target, then why did you ask this in a response to that post ??
Your response;

>>>>>What do you think of the 100,000,000 million share authorization???? <<<<<<<
It seems you do give some thought to this type of game, a $ 2.00 stock and 100,000,000 shares authorized !!!!!!! A bit much don't you think ???? From a few posts of mine not long ago;
>>>>>>>Another in a long list of meaningless negative BS. That's an additional 6,254,000 shares registered. What are those shares for ???? A split ???? The CFO recently stated not to worry those shares will not hit the market all at once, isn't that correct ?? How much stock will be sold ???? How many options do "The Employees hold" ? Will the shareholders be aware when stock is being sold ?<<<<<<<<
>>>>>>HERE IS THAT TABLE;
Name and Address Shares Percent of of Beneficial Owner Beneficially Owned (1) Class (1) ------------------- ---------------------- ---------- Frank W. Peters 5,325,893
THERE ARE 70,000 SHARES MISSING, WHERE ARE THEY ???????? Is this an error in reporting ????? If not, where is that confidence the executives demonstrated ?????? Or is this the actuality of the statement "except that Forms 4 were not filed for sales of securities".
Not too bad Joe, not until you stop to wonder what are the new and additional 6,254,000 shares registered for ??? as the CFO said "not to worry, the shares will not be hitting the market all at once ". OF COURSE NOT !!!!!!!<<<<<<
Tell me something Charles, did you at least send for the fcm ( fnet ) injunctive relief filing, and if so have you read it thoroughly ????
If you have read it, does it concern you ?????
Also Charles, does it not concern you that the CEO spends time reading the message boards for his company and then takes the time to release "UPDATED PRESIDENT'S MESSAGES REGARDING POSTS".
Isn't it also curious Charles, why the CEO thought it prudent to respond with that message and warning after information regarding the injunctive relief action became public. I would also remind you that there is still a difference between the SEC filing stating that this employee was a "former terminated employee" ( if the SEC filing is about Magruder, because it does not give a name(s)?? ) and the reference in the Injunctive Relief that states Magruder quit.
For verification on the timing of the CEO's message !!!!! Why Charles Why ???? I did not file that injunctive relief nor did I tell Magruder to "Quit". Why is that my fault ????? Why I am the cause of any problems within this company ???????

By the way Charles, the decimation of that injunctive relief has never been made public by Franklin Telecom YET ( ftel.com ). WHY ???????
Update later if time allows. |
