No. We know that ARET was seeking to acquire another company to assist Tomahawk in building the houses... Isn't 2 always better than 1 ? Chris, what ARET did was create another company on paper. It is no different than Tomahawk at this point except that it does not have the liabilities Tomahawk has. Both currently have zero projects and non operating. Tomahawk's corporate structure could have been used and it is a minority company. Instead they chose to use a new structure. All we are talking about is a filing with the state. ARET needs to be awarded contracts. Forget about pumping.
