Not only are these "regular guys" (the management team of Tellabs) but one of them even had to live in a garage for about 6 months in the beginning as everyone put everything they had in "hock" to start up Tlabs. And in that they are located in Lisle, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, we often get local business news specials on them and other indigenous Chicago companies which are growing rapidly such as Westell.
