bearish - it broke support 137 and closed below it. I didn't even want to sell naked put of apr 130 when it dipped to 132 - too dangerous. fair value of intc on p/e 15 x 8.5 97 earnings = 127.5 - if I sell apr 130 p prem was 4+ and that means if it puts to me, it is not a bargain. lots of people forgot INTC was awarded a much higher p/e from 09/96 till 01/97 because of we forgot even INTC, has competitors, not to mention its health relies heavily on PC industry. Now we are back to reality.
