I am very concerned about the rising level of crude levels in the face of 90+% reduction compliance by OPEC and non-OPEC members. Now they are talking about reviewing the cuts as soon as September. Suggests to me that all the offshore drilling (especially the deep water drilling) truely has nullified a large part of OPEC's power.
