Sharewatcher, you are wrong on this one. A reverse split is 100% necessary, and will be announced very shortly, maybe within a week or two. The announcement will be accompanied by a bunch of extremely positive developments which will also be announced. The management is not stupid, and are very well aware that weakness often accompanies a stock after a reverse split. Trust me, there will be buyers once the announcement is made, and the shares will take off once the NMS listing is secured. This is absolutely a GREAT event.
