Class Action Law Suit Leveled at Paper Companies

ATLANTA, GA - Attorneys representing Americans who have suffered from debilitating paper cuts have filed a class action lawsuit against paper companies. Max Dinero, the lead attorney on this case, told BNN, "It is an undeniable fact that 400 million paper cuts go unreported in America each year. These cuts are often painful, and left untreated could lead to career ending disabilities. Paper companies have known for years about the dangers of paper cuts and have conspired to keep those dangers from being exposed in the media spot light. The goal of this lawsuit is to hold paper companies responsible for their dangerous and defective products."

The lawsuit seeks damages in the amount of $1 billion dollars. Every American who has suffered as a result of a paper cut will have the opportunity to sign onto the lawsuit. If the paper companies lose, then it is estimated that after the attorneys take their $500 million cut of the award settlement. Each American will receive a check for $1.25.
