Further to news in Stockwatch, June 16, 1999, the Vancouver Stock Exchange
has requested additional information on CoyoteNet Inc. The VSE expressed
its concern that Magna's shares may trade up on the fundamentals of
CoyoteNet and it has no CoyoteNet documentation on file for public
disclosure.
Magna has such documentation on CoyoteNet as a result of its due diligence
to date and is providing it to the VSE forthwith. The stock should return
to trading shortly after the VSE has had the opportunity to review and
approve the CoyoteNet documents.
