Reading the 17 May 1999 QTRLY 10QSB ran into this for interesting reading: The Company continues its effort to increase the CD-ROM production and associated sales. The Company expects difficulty in financing the growth of the increased business and has been concentrating on raising capital or obtaining a line of credit. The Company also continues to explore potential mergers, acquisitions, sales and purchases with other companies. The last sentence opens their business plan for growth potential. Do not know when, but, they are evidently looking for a JV. Best wishes:)
