ComTech Officers Lock-up Shares

HOUSTON, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- ComTech Consolidation Group Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: CCGI) today announced that its officers have agreed to a
voluntary lock-up period. This new lock-up agreement will add new
restrictions to all shares owned by current management.
Mr. Winfred Fields, ComTech chairman and chief executive officer, said:
"The new management team at ComTech have unanimously agreed to this new
lock-up agreement. We have implemented a lock-up agreement to assure
investors of the confidence in our long term strategy and ability to execute
on the strategy."
