Dear Norm: Thank you, but I should tell you that I took no offense to what Bruce said. From what I have seen of him he seems like a straight shooter. He is just voicing his beliefs. Personally, if I had a low opinion of TAVA I would sell now and avoid any risk of deal falling thru etc. But, I believe that if for some reason (Unlikely) it did fall through the stock would ultimately increase substantially. All they need to do is get past 12/31/99 and CONTINUE to show good revenue and profits. If we could only see the backlog of business I bet we would be very comfortable with this stock. If you recall JJ USED to give out this number and then stopped. In my communications with him he said something like impossible to compute accurately as only contract small portion of total contract at any given time as companies dont contract until evaluation etc completed. Then another time he said something about wanting to avoid lawsuits if backlog didnt hold up. Personally, I think it was ALL bullshit now. I think he purposely wanted to keep the stock price down as long as he could to effectuate a sale. Why? I can only presume that he does not feel confident in running a public company and is more a MANAGER than a CEO. JDN
