PRIA is down because its had a good run and its a small cap, IMHO. The current investment climate may bring PRIA down some more, I would look for mid 40's and possibly buy then for a 6 month wait. Of course, this market could change direction at any time, and PRIA could snap back up to 60 again. But I am more inclined towards bearishness now. Good luck to all.
