Dear John: ATML is the ONLY Semi I like though I own a couple others. The trend continues to increase toward electronic systems. In a couple of years all new cars willl probably have more $$$ in electronics in them than anything else. Same is true of all appliances I can think of. Chjps are the basic building blocks of the whole new system. However, I worry about competition on most of them. I think ATML has an edge in the telecommunications field thus I like them the best. Could be rocky balance of this year but beginning 1/1/2000 I bet at least some SEMIS outperform the general tech sector. JDN
