Renee, while I don't know anything about Michael Mount other than what is in the article, it's hard to read his qualifications without coming to the conclusion he'll be a plus for Verifone. Apple has had disastrous leadership with a quirky culture thrown into the bargain. Many good people there though.

Also, note the following from the same article:

p.s. I don't have a position in VFI yet. I've been watching it for some time and wondering why the share price of this excellent company hasn't taken off.
