Eric: Thanks for the information. It is nice to get an opinion from someone who is actually using this software. I have a few questions, which I hope you can answer as follows:

I am primarily an intra day trader, ie. I like to purchase in the morning and close out my position at the end of the day. It is very important for me to identify potential winners for the day within the first hour after the market first opens.

As a result, I am very interested in identifying percent rise in volume, and percentage increase in price, intra-day, for a given security. I am also interested in learning of any other parameters that will help me trade intra-day. My style of investing is momentum investing, intra-day.

In your opinion, would the real time version be useful for someone as myself? Do you know of any better software for my purpose, or would you recommend the real time version of Metastock Pro?
