This announcement only touches the surface. When NN won the lawsuit against Shaw/WIC Connexus, there were many ways the settlement could be structured. At one point I thought NN might end up owning WIC Connexus, themselves. While I don't know all the details, it's clear NN played a key role in bringing Maxlink into the deal and as a result, regains the entire WIC Connexus LMDS contract, including the portion originally given to Alcatel. Of course, you know where this puts Bosch/Cisco.

Zbyslaw, your numbers are correct --- giving NN a total of close to $1billion CDN.

I'm also expecting more action between Maxlink and a major US wireless carrier. If it comes off, NN will again be in the driver's seat.

In the interim, I hope analysts are sharpening their pencils.
